  1. Call, (not text) someone that has been there for you through a difficult time. Let them know how grateful you are to have them in your life. 

  2. Get a card and write a gratifying note to a random customer service person. Could be anywhere. Restaurant, grocery store, bank, day care etc.... Dollar store cards are perfect for this. 

  3. Let me know how the experience went. Call, text or email me.
